Insurance

Despite our safety measures, accidents can happen. Accidental loss or damage can occur from unexpected events, which may not be covered by our standard carriers' insurance cover - or you may suffer a loss which is over the standard carriers' limit of $1500 per item.

We therefore strongly recommend that your goods are fully insured whilst in transit, for accidental loss or damage.
